TBN-Russia channel hold conference in Kostroma city for wardens of tight institutions of Kostroma and Yaroslavl regions. Representatives from the Federal Office of Punishment Execution and board trustees of administration took part in the conference.

'This was an explanatory conference", - said Yan Volkov, the Head of Prison Ministry Department of the Association of Christian Churches. - "We talked about how to use TBN-Russia channel in educational sphere. Administration of prisons took a closer look at channel broadcasting and paid heed to the programs which are most preferable for public review in prisons.

Moreover greater attention was drawn to the feedback - social activity of prisoners. Their wishes and desires to take part in the process of production TV programs should not pass unnoticed.

A little earlier - the 13th of September - state TV channel 'Russia' in its news program 'Vesti' reported about 'High security program'. It said that TBN-Russia channel is distributed 24 hours a day in a high security prison of Vladimir region for dangerous special offenders.

Joint charitable project of TBN-Russia and Federal service of punishment fulfillment is a federal program. It is called ' Joint Charitable project for cooperation in the field of Christian broadcasting set up in correctional facilities in Russia'. It develops with success in many regions of our country. Right now about 180 correctional facilities watch programs of TBN-Russia.
